Howard C. Meyers is Of Counsel with the firm. Howard is a peer review rated AV® Preeminent attorney who has been recognized by Super Lawyers of the Southwest since 2010 for his work in Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation as well as Arizona’s Finest Lawyers since its recent inception. Howard represents a large complement of trade and secured creditors and real and personal property lessors in cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He has also represented bankruptcy trustees, committees and debtors and debtors-in-possession in successfully concluded Chapter 11 reorganizations.
