The knowledge, skill and experience necessary for success at the appellate level.
Attorneys with the firm are licensed to practice not only before Arizona trial and appellate courts, but also before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Certain attorneys are also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. The firm’s appellate advocacy department also represents clients in appeals from administrative tribunals before the state superior courts.
