Dustin Jones, is a member of the firm, and Chairman of our Land Use, Zoning, and Government Affairs Practice Group.  He is one of only a handful of attorneys recognized nationally for his unique experience representing developers of conventional zoning projects and master planned communities, as well as mixed-used, traditional neighborhood, LEED, green and infill developments.  Mr. Jones is on the cutting-edge of land use and real estate development law trends and best practices.

Mr. Jones has completed accreditation from the form-based code institute, has completed accreditation from the form-based code institute, and will soon complete both LEED-ND and CNU-A credentialing.  He utilizes his extensive inter-disciplinary experience in developing and implementing land use visions for his clients, along with working with communities and elected officials to obtain entitlement approvals.

As a practicing land use attorney with more than 14 years of experience, Mr. Jones recognizes the interconnected interests of property owners and communities and the importance of the public process to achieve livable communities. Dustin provides legal counsel to localities, developers, homebuilders and landowners alike.

Mr. Jones has practiced law at Arizona’s top law firms. He was a Partner at Phoenix’s largest law firm Snell & Wilmer, LLP after gaining experience as an Associate at Lewis and Roca, LLP. He was also a Shareholder at the distinguished real estate powerhouse of Tiffany & Bosco, PA, where he was Chairman of its Real Estate, Land Use, & Government Relations practice, before launching his own boutique firm in 2010.
