Kathy Terry

Kathy Ann Terry, joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2010.  Ms. Terry practices in the firm’s Houston office where she is a member of the firm’s real estate, banking and finance practice group.  Her focus is on commercial transactions including financing, contract preparation, lease negotiations and easements; corporate law including formation, filing, buy-sell agreements and termination; and estate planning.

Additionally, Ms. Terry has been providing legal representation to homeowner associations in the Houston, Texas area since 1991 and currently represents approximately 40 associations.
