  • Representation of the purchaser in the single largest acquisition of assets from the Resolution Trust Corporation which included a major master planned community and multiple interests in real estate joint ventures and a substantial pool of secured real estate loans.
  • Representation of the secured creditor in the foreclosure of a grocery store chain with seventy (70) operating stores with a credit bid in excess of $144,000,000
  • Representation of the purchaser of twenty chain stores on a going concern basis from a Chapter 11 reorganization estate
  • Restructuring of multiple land development and investment joint ventures by and between developers and institutional investors
  • Representation of the petitioning trade creditors in an involuntary bankruptcy proceeding which stopped diversion of assets, secured appointment of a trustee and effected major creditor recovery
