Damien Meyer

Damien R. Meyer is a member of the firm’s litigation group. Damien’s practice is focused in the areas of commercial, real estate and construction litigation, as well as providing general counsel to businesses in their day-to-day operations. He has extensive experience in representing all types of private businesses and individuals including banks, contractors and real estate developers in all areas of their business regarding contractual analysis and disputes, protecting businesses’ proprietary information, collection and payment disputes, tort liability and negotiation of pre-litigation disputes to avoid formal litigation. He has represented clients in Arizona State and Federal courts, the Arizona Court of Appeals, in private arbitrations and before several state administrative agencies. He is currently developing a transactional practice including drafting and revising purchase contracts, construction contracts and vendor agreements. Damien is a native of Iowa and attended law school at the University of Iowa.

• Damien has lived in the Phoenix area since 2002.  He is a devoted Iowa Hawkeye football and basketball fan. He also enjoys cooking, camping, golf, fishing and spending time with his family in Phoenix.
