Zora Manjencich is a Member of the firm who has devoted 100% of her career to litigation matters. During her legal career Ms. Manjencich has represented local and state governments, corporations and individuals in general civil matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, amusement park and leisure, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, construction law, professional liability and FELA. Ms. Manjencich also has extensive experience in commercial litigation matters representing business owners and individuals in contract disputes, employment discrimination cases and regulatory matters. Licensed in Arizona, Missouri and Illinois, Ms. Manjencich has successfully represented clients in Federal and State courts. With almost a decade of jury trial experience as a prosecutor handling high-profile and serious felony cases, Ms. Manjencich’s past experience serves as a great asset to her criminal defense work. She has been a speaker at seminars on evidence and trial practice procedures.
Born in Gary, Indiana, as a first-generation American, Ms. Manjencich is fluent in the Serbo-Croatian language. As a teen, her family moved to Arizona, where she considers herself a native. As a parent, Ms. Manjencich is actively involved with groups that advocate for children with learning and physical disabilities.
Ms. Manjencich received her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and graduated from California Western School of Law in 1986, where she was a staff writer and editor for the law review and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts.
