Tiffany Broberg

Tiffany Friedel Broberg, member, joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining the firm and as a law student at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Tiffany worked as a law clerk with Mesch, Clark, & Rothschild, P.C., in Tucson, Arizona, and clerked for in the Pima County Superior Court on the Probate bench.

Tiffany practices primarily with the Firm’s Transaction Group, concentrating on representing local businesses and financial institutions as general counsel for their business services and general transactional and litigation needs. Tiffany is experienced in commercial and real estate transactions, including loan reviews, documentation, foreclosures and restructures, as well as intellectual property, estate planning and probate matters.
