Michael J. Minnaugh, is a Member of the firm. His practice is concentrated in commercial litigation with emphasis in construction litigation. Mr. Minnaugh frequently represents government entities, real estate developers, general contractors, major subcontractors, manufacturers and design professionals in construction and insurance litigation. Mr. Minnaugh has extensive experience in performance and payment disputes, contract termination matters, mechanics’ and materialmen’s lien foreclosures, surety bond claims, defective products claims, collection matters, payment issues under the Arizona Prompt Pay Act, alternative dispute resolution, and alternative construction delivery methods. Mr. Minnaugh has experience in a wide range of general, civil, business and tort litigation, concentrating in the areas of general liability, personal injury, and products liability. He also represents the interests of clients at the request of national insurance carriers. Mr. Minnaugh has tried more than 35 jury trials. Mr. Minnaugh is conversational in Mandarin.
